A LITTLE ABOUT ME......

Atypical in my approach, I think outside the box innately. I’ve worked hard to be healthy and to create my life in a way that allows me to be fully present, to hold space with ease and be adept at supporting and guiding my clients. You can’t guide someone on a road you haven’t traveled.
I believe in resonance and frequency. Our paths crossed for a reason. If you choose to come see me, it’s because it’s good for you. Read More
Treatment Approach
When we use the correct tools to address and process our fear, doubts, anxieties, judgements, emotions and traumas, our entire being experiences a transformation that impacts profoundly the way we see life and the way we live it.
Growing and transcending our issues with the correct guidance should be easy, soothing, healing, and invigorating. It should “feel right.” It’s part of the journey of a well-lived life. And your journey will be unique to you as we work together to develop an individualized/tailored treatment plan.
In addition to my work as a licensed clinical psychotherapist, I offer coaching services for those seeking clarity, growth, or meaningful change in their lives. With a gentle yet grounded presence, I provide a space where insight and action can unfold with compassion and purpose. My approach is informed by years of clinical training and education, yet deeply rooted in the belief that every person carries their own wisdom. I listen with care, guide with intention, and remain open to learning from each individual I work with. Whether you’re navigating a transition, seeking direction, or simply wanting to reconnect with your own voice, I’m here to walk alongside you with strength, warmth, and respect.

Therapeutic Modalities
As a lifelong student, I prioritize continuing education and training. I’m not content with the status quo and often leverage life-changing modalities that cookie-cutter clinicians sometimes overlook. My singular purpose is to be the best guide and support for your journey.

What Can Therapy Do For You?
Know yourself better
Once you’ve done the work to know yourself better, you will be able to reach more rational, analytical perspectives where reason prevails. Your decisions will be characterized by self-control and self-determination and congruent, meaning your thoughts, feelings and actions align. You will be able to be your authentic self.
Socrates said, “To know thyself is the beginning of wisdom.”
Eliminate anxiety & depression
Everything you feel has a message for you. When you decipher this message and fulfill the unfulfilled need, you are empowered to respond to anything in your life the way you want to.
Anxiety is when you are in the future too much, while depression is based on too much past. Learn to stay in the present. To “stand in your adult” means to feel present and peaceful enough to enjoy what you have and embrace a path to get what you don’t.
Fully enjoy
your life
No one comes into this life with all of the skills we need for success. When the going gets rough, it’s often a sign that we need some new skills and not a new life. Happiness is a process and not a possession – you grow it over time.
Improves attention & concentration
With the right tools, you can learn to tune into your internal thoughts, feelings and limiting beliefs making it easier to show up for yourself, acknowledge unmet needs and open space to focus on being present.
'Live in the sunshine, swim the sea, drink the wild air.'
Ralph Waldo Emerson
